Idale R. Graves is a Colorado native with an extensive history of sales and customer service related careers that recently culminated with a position in training and development at a Regionally Accredited Online University. He is passionate about delivering excellent service and has earned several awards and honors amongst peers because of that characteristic. Graves has experience in football that spans nearly two decades. He had an illustrious career in the semi-professional ranks with one of the countries best teams the Colorado Wildcats. Over a period of nearly ten years the team amassed a robust 98-4 regular season record. He earned several All-Conference Honors, A Championship Game MVP,as well as an All-American distinction when as a standout defensive back he tallied a career high 14 interceptions in a single season. After a Stellar career in the Colorado Football Conference, Graves went on to play in the NIFL (Colorado Wildcats) and later coached in both the PIFL (Pueblo Pistols)and the IPFL (Rapid City Red Dogs). He is committed to incorporating his passion for delivering excellent service,family friendly, affordable entertainment into the Colorado Lightning to promote growth and longevity of the program as well as to provide a platform for all to benefit from.
Ciara Graves graduated from Grandview High School (Aurora, Colorado) in 2009. She is currently a junior at Metropolitan State College of Denver with a double major in Biochemistry and Spanish. Graves is expected to graduate in the fall of 2013 with the intention of continuing her education at the masters level. She has been an intregal part of creative concepts related to the Colorado Lightning Football Club since inception. It is because of her creativity and excellent outside of the box ideas that the organization has great foundation in this position. She is personable. possesses great people skills and will look to parlay those skills to continually build excellent relationship with partners, players, staff members and ultimately the community.
Josiah Richmond is a Boston native and has called Colorado home for the past 7 years. A Colgate University Alumnus where he studied Economics, Josiah brings with him previous experience in the Sports Management Field. In 2006 he was signed as one of the original members of the Colorado Ice Football team, based out of Fort Collins Colorado, as a wide receiver. After playing the Inaugural season with the Ice, he was promoted to the front office and held the position as the General Manager. Added to his sports background, Josiah has spent the last 15 years in the restaurant industry as a Chef and General Manager, more recently coming to us from Boulder Colorado
Born in Waynesboro, MS and raised in Memphis TN, John Everett is a graduate
of Overton High School (School of Performing Arts), class of 2001. Shortly after
graduation he joined the US Army in June 2001. He began his Semi-pro career with the
Central Texas Warriors out of Waco, TX in 2002. Playing through 2003, his positions
were Outside Linebacker & Defensive End. After being transferred to Germany and
deploying to Iraq, he returned to Germany and started playing Middle Linebacker &
Outside Linebacker for the Obertshausen Blizzards for one season in the German
Football League. After returning to the United States in 2006 and Deploying to Iraq
again in October 2006; he joined the Colorado Springs Flames in the Colorado Football
Conference where he played Strong Side Outside Linebacker & Middle Linebacker
until 2010. In 2011 he joined the Colorado Stealth as a Middle Linebacker for one
season. Aside from being on the field, John Everett has 3 years as a JV and Varsity
Football coach at the high school level. He currently conducts his physical training with
Jesse Jones at Phenom 1 Fitness, following the lifestyle of, “We Don’t Can’t!” On a
personal note, John Everett has been married for 9 years to Shae Everett and has a 2
year old son named Malachi. He has one sister (Meaghan) and two brothers (John &
Marlondes). John’s parents Milton & Johnnie Everett still reside in Memphis, TN. John
Everett currently serves as an Advocate for the US Army Wounded Warrior Program, a
program for severely wounded, injured and ill soldiers and families.

Robin Williams has been involved in football, indoor,outdoor, semi-pro and minor league for the past 18 years. She has managed several teams and owned a minor league team the Rocky Mountain Reapers. From 2001 to 2011 Robin was involved with the NAFL (North American Football League) which is a national minor league having over 100 teams across the United States and Canada. She spent several years as the assistant to the commissioner, Western Conference Commissioner and the last three years as the commissioner of the league. Robin has also been involved with the Black Hills Red Dogs of the UIFL and the Pueblo Pistols of the NIFL. In addition to that she is currently working with the National Football Events organization which hosts the Casino Bowl and several bowl tournaments throughout the year. Having earned her Masters in Sports Management from Columbia Southern University she is now working on her PhD in Sports Psychology and Sports Performance at University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs, CO.
